I, Me, My, Myself, :PLENIPOTENTIARY-JUDGE: :Mark-Michael Jr: Spivey., am a Living Man, born of Divine Source, not a CORPORATE FICTION, Franchise, and/or Surety for any ARTIFICIAL ENTITY created by the STATE, UNITED STATES, and/or other Corporate Bodies.

I am Foreign (Private) American National, Sui Juris, and Secured-Party Creditor.
I stand without adhesion to the 14th Amendment Citizen Construct, not subject to Statutory Venue (Jurisdiction) absent Full Disclosure, Mutual Consent, and Lawful Contract provided and Agreed Upon with a minimum of 30-days prior Notice.
My Name, ESTATE, Trust(s), and Property are Private, Protected, and Reserved.

II. Lawful Authority

This Public Notice is made and published under:

UCC 1-308 – Reservation of Rights Without Prejudice.
UCC 1-103 – Preservation of Common Law and Remedies.
18 U.S.C. §§ 241-242 – Protection Against Conspiracy and Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.
42 U.S.C. § 1983 – Civil Remedy for Deprivation of Rights.
Clearfield Trust Doctrine (Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States, 318 U.S. 363 (1943)) – Government Descending to Level of Corporate Actor has No Sovereignty.
Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137 (1803) – Any Law Repugnant to the Constitution is Null and Void Ab Initio.
Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) – Rights must be Knowingly, Intelligently, and Voluntarily Waived; HOWEVER, I WAIVE NONE!

III. Notice to All Public Officials & Corporate Actors

Judges, Clerks, Prosecutors, Attorneys – You are Trustees/Agents of Corporate Franchises and possess NO Lawful Authority over the Living Man without a Valid, Bilateral, and Disclosed Contract. EVERY Presumption otherwise is Fraud.
Law Enforcement (Police, Sheriffs, Agents, Officers) – You are not Peacekeepers, but you are Revenue Collectors. Any attempt to interfere with my Right to Travel, Property, and/or Liberty absent a harmed Living Man and/or Woman Constitutes Fraud, Trespass, and Violation of Federal & International Law.
Government Employees/Contractors – Every attempt to Compel Performance, Seize Property, and/or Force Benefits upon Me without Pre-agreed Written Consent shall result as a Violation of International Law, Contract Law, and Divine Law.

IV. Property and Trust Protections

All Property, Titles, Trusts, & Estates under My Name & Authority are Private Trust Res & not subject to Lien, Levy, or Seizure without My express written Consent.
Attempts to Convert Private Property into PUBLIC USE by Adhesion Contracts, Color of Law, &/or Presumption shall constitute Conversion and Fraud.
My Estate and Trust(s) exclusively operate under Private Ecclesiastical and Tribal Venue; they are not Franchises of STATE or FEDERAL Corporations.

V. Prohibitions & Liabilities

EVERY attempt to Arrest, Detain, Cite, Fine, Prosecute, &/or Lien Me &/or My Property absent Lawful Venue creates Personal and Official Liability.
Notice is hereby given that All Violators shall be subject to Commercial Claims, Liens, and Lawful Remedy for damages, including but not limited to:
- 42 U.S.C. § 1983 – Civil Action.
- 18 U.S.C. §§ 241-242 – Criminal Liability.
- RICO (18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968) – Racketeering for Systemic Fraud.

VI. Public Record and Publication

This Notice is a matter of PUBLIC RECORD.

It is posted openly, recorded, and secured as evidence of My Standing.
Ignorance of this Notice does not excuse Trespass and/or Violation.
As of the 01st Day of November 2024, due to the UNITED STATE, STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, PUBLIC, and PUBLIC ACTORS’s Silence, Failure to Rebut, and any attempt to Compel Performance Constituted Agreement by Acquiescence under UCC and Maxims of Law.

VII. Final Declaration

I AM a Living Man, Sovereign in Spirit and Law.

I refuse consent to every Unlawful Conversion, Adhesion Contract, and/or Compelled Performance under Color of Law.

My Rights are Unalienable, My Liberty is Secured, and My ESTATE is exclusively Private.

Let this Notice stand as Lawful Warning and Declaration:

“Trespass against Me, My ESTATE, or My Trust is Trespass against DIVINE SOURCE and shall be met with Full Lawful and Commercial Remedy.”
