MARK DWAYNE SPIVEY claims he mailed a response to the Plaintiff. HOWEVER, no such proof has been received at the current temporary domicile despite the fact there an “Agent” on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as the Plaintiff temporarily stays at a Veteran’s Housing Program. The Veteran’s Case Manager whom is responsible for issuing mail has provided the Veteran with a signed Witness Testimony stating that since They have been enrolled in the program, they have only received 4 pieces of mail in total. One (1) from the OSCEOLA COUNTY COURTHOUSE and three (3) pieces of mail from the U.S. District Court - Middle District of Florida.
