OSCEOLA COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE KEITH A CARSTEN UNLAWFULLY AND ILLEGALLY TARGETS A Private American National and Private Diplomat by colluding with the PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE, OSCEOLA COUNTY STATE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, AND OSECOLA COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT. The following material evidence shall be considered a matter of PUBLIC RECORD, and shall be entered into as evidence to validate all claims made against him for a Violation of Civil Rights.
The PUBLIC DEFENDER MICHELLE PATANO Alleged ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE KEITH A. CARSTEN actively engages in Tampering With A Witness, Tampering With Evidence, Deprivation of Rights, Racketeering, etc. during First Appearance.
When the Victim was requested to speak, his mic was silenced multiple times including when referencing their Authority being derived from the UPU (Universal Postal Union), upon clarifying the Victim’s Identity, and citing Marbury v. Madison. The ALJ then committed Perjury by lying on the Record and claiming they were having “Microphone Issues” which is a blatant lie.
The Public Defender whom was never requested, authorized to speak, or should have been present actively silenced the Victim’s Microphone.
ALJ KEITH A CARSTEN possesses full knowledge and is unable to deny the Victim was within their Venue (Jurisdiction) as he, on his own freewill and accord chooses to document the Victim did not have an active Fiduciary Agreement with the STATE.
