The term “Plenipotentiary” means One Who Possesses Full Power and Authority to Act Independently on Behalf of Another or Oneself.

• ⚖️ As applied here, I Stand as Judge Over My Estate, Trusts, and Private Venue [Jurisdiction], holding Public Officials Accountable to Law and Oath.
